TIMEKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Time and experience are not linear. This system blends personal time management, psychological reflection, interpersonal dynamics, and complex goal progression into a multi-faceted journaling experience that evolves over weeks, months, and even years.
3 layers
Helps users break down their life experiences into three time zones: Past, Present, and Future. These layers allow users to simultaneously reflect on multiple timelines of their life, unlocking insights from different points in time.
Past Layer (Historical Reflection): Reflect on a specific thing or event from your past that still shapes you today. Explore its long-term effects on your choices, behaviours, and worldview.
Present Layer (Current Reality): Write about your current emotional, mental, and physical states. This is your “raw moment,” where you just exist, experiencing everything as it is right now.
Future Layer (Potential Projections): Craft a narrative of your future self. Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years? Connect this to the past and present layers
