I provide UI design services as described on this website. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement, quote or design brief.

Payment

Fees will be outlined in the agreement, quote or design brief. Payments must be made as agreed. Late payments may incur a fee.

You agree to provide all necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property & Liability

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party assets or open-source components used.

I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of my services. My liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services, or the lowest possible amount applicable under NSW/Australian law.
