MEMORY THREADS JOURNAL

The journal is organized around threaded pages, where each page features multiple sections connected by an invisible narrative thread. You can think of it like pieces of a larger puzzle that all tie together. The Left Side (Anchor): Each left-hand page in the journal serves as the anchor point for your entry. Here, you’re prompted to briefly write or sketch a key moment from your day or life. This section is small—just a single paragraph or image. The Right Side (Threading): The right-hand page is where you connect your current entry to previous moments. There’s a faint line running through the pages, encouraging you to link this new moment to something from earlier—a theme, a feeling, a memory, etc. You might say, “This moment reminded me of last summer when I felt the same way...”
